  • Prepare to ride through the world’s second highest motorable road and enter the beautiful
    Nubra Valley.
  • The trail crosses places such as South Pullu,  Khardung La – 18,380 ft, and North Pullu.
  • Following the permit check post, enter Khalsar, a small village on the banks of the Shyok River, with Hunder Sand Dunes, Camel Rides, and ATV rides.
  • Spend the night in Nubra.

  • After breakfast, enjoy the drive to Pangong Tso, perhaps one of the most picturesque places in Ladakh.
  • The route will mostly follow the Shyok river. Stops along the way include Agham, a tiny village where the road cuts for Wari La (enroute Leh).
  • Located at the intersection of Pangong Tso and Chang La roads, is the checkpoint for Tangste. This is the last checkpoint before Pangong Tso.
  • The overnight stay is at Pangong Tso.
  • 160 kms | 5-6 hrs | 17,590 ft
  • Explore the scenic Pangong Tso on a chilly morning.
  • An early departure will permit visits to Shey Monastery and Three Idiots School.
  • The group will see places like Tsoltak where a halt is scheduled where the climb for Chang La (at 17,590 ft it is the 2nd highest pass in the world) starts here.
  • Overnight stay at Leh.
  • This day marks the end of this adventure. While you may be leaving for home today, you won’t be going alone.
